The stories behind the images.... When I look at one of my photographs, I'm swept back to the time and place it was taken...the sights, the smells, the sounds, and the people all come back to me vividly. It's one of the reasons I love photography: it helps me remember wonderful experiences and stories! Every photograph does have a story beyond where it was taken and what it depicts. How the photographer came to take that photo at that moment is often more than just point-and-shoot! For example, my favorite part about traveling is conversing with the people I meet along the way. During my travels in the U.S. and other countries I've learned so many things and met so many wonderful people! In this blog I'll share the stories behind some of the images you'll find on my website...the stories that surprised me, or inspired me, or simply touched me in some way. I welcome your comments here in the blog or in the gallery guestbooks. Caribbean Dream
